About Our Founder
Julia has over 10 years of experience coaching and mentoring children teens and adults in the following areas: life, education (GED), career, and program/project management.
Her experience also includes 15+ years of program and project management experience on a global scale as well as experience in Marketing, Commercial Operations, Human Resources, Sustainability, Information Technology and being a college professor.
With extensive training in International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching standards, she provides personalized guidance rooted in proven coaching techniques.
Julia is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and she also holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
In her spare time Julia enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
